Pakistan-based team members are paid at parity with regional senior benchmarks, not arbitrage rates. Our salary bands are documented internally and reviewed annually against external market data.

We decline work in tobacco, gambling, predatory lending, and other categories where the business model conflicts with customer wellbeing. This costs us revenue. We don't debate it.

Local sourcing

For print, manufacturing, and physical brand experiences, we prefer regional vendors over long-haul shipping where quality and cost allow. Our vendor scorecards include environmental and labor practice factors.

What we're working on

Sustainability claims should come with a roadmap. Here are the things we're actively improving over the next 12-24 months:

  • Formal carbon measurement and offset across our hosting and travel footprint.
  • Published carbon-per-page-load metrics on every client site we ship.
  • Expanded paid parental leave and flexible work policies across all three hubs.
  • A formal pro-bono engagement program — two non-profit clients per year, scoped properly, not as marketing for us.
  • Publishing internal salary bands externally to support broader pay transparency.
