Cura Health operates four clinics across Dubai — general practice, dental, aesthetic, and a women’s health centre. Despite strong word-of-mouth, online bookings had plateaued at around 280/month for over a year. Their website was slow, their paid campaigns weren’t DHA-compliant, and their content production had stalled.
They needed a full-stack rebuild: brand, web, marketing — all of it compliant with DHA advertising regulations.
We started with brand. Cura’s positioning was muddled across the four clinics, and the visual identity didn’t reflect the clinical quality of the service. We unified the brand into a single Cura Health system with sub-brand expressions for each specialty.
In parallel, we rebuilt the website on a modern stack. The new site loads in under 1.5 seconds, scores 97+ on Lighthouse, and has a booking flow tested at 4.1% conversion — up from 1.3% on the legacy site.
For paid: we worked DHA-approval cycles into the production timeline so every ad cleared regulatory review before launch. Campaigns ran on Google Search (high-intent), Meta (retargeting + lookalikes from existing patients), and a small TikTok pilot for the aesthetic clinic.
The content engine produced 12 articles per month around patient search queries (“is dental implant surgery painful”, “signs of vitamin D deficiency UAE”, etc.) — every one optimized for both classic SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation.

Six months in, monthly bookings hit 778 — a 178% lift on baseline. Site conversion improved 3.2x. Cost per booked appointment dropped 42%. And critically, 100% of campaigns ran with full DHA compliance — no risk to their license.
