Falcon Estates is one of Dubai’s larger residential brokerages — 200 agents working a stream of inbound leads from property portals, Meta ads, and organic search. The bottleneck wasn’t lead volume. It was lead quality. Agents were spending 60% of their time on poorly-qualified inquiries — wrong budget, wrong area, wrong timeframe.
They had tried IVR menus, chatbots, and lead scoring. Nothing moved the needle. We were called in to see if AI could.
We built a conversational AI agent integrated with Falcon’s WhatsApp Business account. The agent handles the first 5-10 messages of every inbound conversation, asking the same questions a good human agent would: what type of property, what budget, what area, what timeframe, are you a cash buyer or financing, etc.
The AI logs every answer to the CRM in real time. When a lead matches one of Falcon’s predefined “hot lead” patterns (e.g. cash buyer, 1 BR Marina, AED 1.5M+, within 30 days), the agent hands off to a human specialist with full context — within minutes, often seconds.
Leads that don’t qualify get a polite, helpful response with relevant listings, and stay in the system for nurture. Nobody waits 12 hours for a callback.
We also fine-tuned the underlying model on Falcon’s historical lead data so it speaks in their tone of voice, knows their inventory, and gets sharper with every conversation.
