Pricing questions.
Because the same retainer level looks very different for a D2C skincare brand doing AED 200K/month versus a B2B SaaS company targeting global enterprise. We need 30 minutes to scope properly — and then you get a real number.
Flat monthly retainer based on the work, not a % of spend. We don't want to be incentivised to grow your budget just to grow our invoice.
Occasionally, for select e-commerce engagements with clean attribution. We require a baseline retainer to cover our costs, plus a performance kicker against agreed targets. Not our default model.
Projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Retainers: monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer in AED, GBP, USD, EUR. Invoices and receipts are issued through our Dubai or UK entity depending on your VAT setup.
After the minimum term, 30 days written notice for retainers. We hand back all access, source files, accounts, and data. No exit fees, no hostage taking.
Yes — AED 8,000. Below that, the project management overhead outweighs the value. For smaller needs, we recommend looking at freelancers or asking us for referrals.
Prices listed are exclusive of VAT. 5% UAE VAT applies for UAE clients. 20% UK VAT for UK clients without an EU/UK VAT number. Other jurisdictions are quoted appropriately.
