Brand Strategist
Lead brand positioning and strategy projects for growth-stage clients across the UK and Europe. Work alongside our CSO Maria Sanchez.
Our London office is hiring a Brand Strategist with 4-6 years of agency or in-house brand experience. You’ll lead positioning, naming, narrative, and brand strategy projects for clients across the UK, Europe, and select GCC accounts.
This is a chance to do deep, thoughtful brand work without the bureaucracy of a network agency. You’ll work directly with our CSO and with founder-level client stakeholders. Salary listed is in GBP-equivalent monthly.
What you'll do
- Lead brand strategy projects from discovery to delivery
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, audience research, and competitive analysis
- Articulate positioning, narrative, and brand principles in writing
- Brief and partner with creative teams on visual identity expression
- Present strategic work to senior client stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 4-6 years in brand strategy at an agency or strategic consultancy
- Strong written and verbal communication — your strategy docs will be read by CEOs
- Portfolio showing strategy work that drove real brand outcomes
- Curiosity across categories — we work in everything from real estate to AI
- Comfortable both leading and getting hands dirty
