The team is small, senior, and shipping. We use the right model for the job (Claude, GPT, Gemini, open-source) and care deeply about reliability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop where it matters. Salary range is in USD-equivalent for Pakistan market.

What you'll do

• Architect and ship production AI systems for client deployments
• Design prompt structures, evaluation suites, and reliability monitoring
• Integrate AI workflows with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), messaging (WhatsApp), and custom APIs
• Build internal tooling that helps the team ship faster and more reliably
• Stay current with the model landscape and translate developments into client value

What we're looking for

• 3+ years engineering experience, ideally with at least one year on production ML or AI systems
• Strong in Python and at least one general-purpose language (TypeScript preferred)
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or self-hosted)
• Comfortable with workflow tools: n8n, Make, or custom orchestration
• Curiosity about what AI can and can't reliably do — pragmatism over hype
