We’re hiring a Content Marketing Lead in our London office. You’ll lead content strategy and editorial planning for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients — building engines that produce 8-20 pieces a month and rank.
This is for someone who knows SEO and editorial in equal measure. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) for the new AI search landscape is a major part of the brief. Salary listed in GBP-equivalent monthly.
What you'll do
- Lead content strategy and 12-month editorial calendars for client accounts
- Manage briefs and editorial standards for a team of writers (in-house and freelance)
- Own technical SEO and AEO implementation across published content
- Run monthly performance reviews tied to rankings, traffic, and conversion
- Build and refine the agency's content playbooks
What we're looking for
- 4-7 years in content marketing at an agency or in-house, with measurable wins
- Strong written English — you'll edit a lot of writing
- Deep SEO knowledge: keyword research, technical SEO, link strategy
- Up to speed on AEO and how AI search is changing content distribution
- Comfortable managing freelancers and tight publishing cadences
