Our Islamabad engineering team is hiring a full-stack developer with experience across modern web stacks. You’ll work on a mix of client websites, e-commerce builds, custom platforms, and the occasional internal tool.
The team is 32 strong and growing. Our standards are high — every project we ship has to hit 95+ Lighthouse, sub-2-second load times, and full accessibility. Salary range is in USD-equivalent for Pakistan market.
What you'll do
- Build client websites and web applications across multiple stacks
- Lead front-end engineering on 3-4 concurrent projects
- Integrate with CMS platforms, payment gateways, CRMs, and third-party APIs
- Implement performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices on every project
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and senior engineers across our hubs
What we're looking for
- 3+ years professional development experience
- Strong in JavaScript / TypeScript (React, Next.js preferred)
- PHP experience: WordPress, Laravel, or similar
- CSS depth: modern features, responsive design, performance
- Familiarity with at least one e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento)
- Clear English communication and ability to work asynchronously across timezones
