Senior Motion Designer
Create motion design, 2D animation, and short-form video for global clients out of our Dubai studio. Direct briefs through delivery.
Our Dubai creative studio is hiring a Senior Motion Designer. You’ll work on a mix of brand films, social-first video, motion graphics for paid campaigns, and the occasional 3D project.
This is a craft role — we care about taste, technical skill, and the ability to take a brief and turn it into something distinctive. You’ll work alongside our CCO Layla Mehmood and a small in-house production team.
What you'll do
- Lead motion design execution across client projects
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards from creative briefs
- Animate in After Effects (primary) and Cinema 4D (for 3D work)
- Direct on-set when shoots are involved, in collaboration with our DOP
- Mentor a junior motion designer on the team
What we're looking for
- 5+ years professional motion design experience, ideally including agency or studio work
- Strong reel demonstrating range: brand films, social, motion graphics
- Expert in After Effects, comfortable in Premiere, working knowledge of Cinema 4D
- Sound design sensibility — even if you partner with audio specialists for finals
- Eye for what works in 15-30 second formats vs longer brand storytelling
