Levant Retail Group runs 14 physical stores and a growing e-commerce arm across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Their performance marketing was being managed by three different agencies running disconnected campaigns. Their blended ROAS was 1.8x, declining month over month, and they had no clear picture of which channels were driving sales versus which were stealing credit through last-click attribution.

The brief was simple: consolidate, fix attribution, and make every dirham work harder.

We took over all paid media accounts in week one. The first month was a teardown: which campaigns were profitable, which were burning budget, and what the actual cost-of-acquisition was when measured against post-purchase data from the POS system.

With the tracking properly rebuilt (server-side conversions, GA4 + Meta CAPI deduplicated, view-through windows tightened), we restructured the account architecture by funnel stage rather than by platform. Top-of-funnel awareness ran on TikTok and Meta. Consideration ran on YouTube. Conversion ran on Google Search, Performance Max, and Meta retargeting.

In parallel, we produced 24 new ad creatives across 6 angles, briefed against insights from the top-converting product reviews. The creative refresh alone moved CTRs by 38%.
