Noor Modest Wear: scaled to AED 4M/month with 6.1x ROAS
A quietly-growing modest wear label became a regional category leader in 18 months. Studio production, founder-led TikTok, and aggressive Shopify CRO.
Noor had product-market fit but a marketing operation that didn’t match the brand’s ambition. Their content was iPhone photos, their paid ads were rotating the same 3 creatives for months, and the founder was deeply burnt out trying to run social media on top of buying, ops, and customer service.
They wanted to scale to AED 5M/month within 24 months without compromising the brand aesthetic — which, frankly, was the strongest thing they had going.
We built a content production system in our Dubai studio. Two production days a month with the founder, a roster of brand-aligned models, and the Noor styling team. Each day produced ~80 pieces of content: product flat-lays, on-model lifestyle, motion clips, TikTok-formatted shorts.
On paid: aggressive creative testing across Meta and TikTok. Founder-led TikTok content drove the bulk of growth — Noor’s founder speaks Arabic and English fluently and has natural on-camera presence. We pushed that hard.
We also rebuilt the Shopify store. The previous theme was beautiful but slow. The rebuild kept the aesthetic but dropped load times from 5.8s to 1.7s and lifted conversion from 1.4% to 3.4%.
Every quarter we ran a major campaign — Eid, Ramadan, occasion-wear launches, end-of-season — with full creative production, paid amplification, and influencer support.
Services delivered
18 months in, Noor hit AED 4.1M/month at 6.1x ROAS. Site conversion: 3.4%. Revenue grew 412%. The brand became one of the top-3 named modest-wear labels in the GCC, with growing demand from Malaysia, Indonesia, and the UK.
The founder also got her life back. The agency operation runs day-to-day so she can focus on product and team.
