Maria leads strategy across the Digitecultra network. She joined Karim to co-found the agency in 2019, bringing 12 years of brand strategy experience from London — including senior roles at Wieden+Kennedy and Mother — to the GCC and beyond.
She runs the agency’s brand management practice, leads positioning projects for clients with revenues from AED 5M to AED 500M, and is the senior strategist on most of our larger brand engagements.
Maria is based in London but spends one week a month in Dubai. She’s particularly interested in how brands hold their identity through major growth transitions.
