Saira leads Digitecultra’s AI engineering practice — the team that builds production AI agents, automations, and integrations for clients globally. Her work spans WhatsApp qualification agents, AI-powered customer support, internal copilots for sales teams, and custom AI deployments for sensitive use cases.
Before Digitecultra, Saira spent six years as a machine learning engineer at an AI research lab in Lahore, with published work on Urdu language models and conversational AI. She joined the agency in 2023 to translate that research depth into deployed business value.
She’s particularly focused on ensuring AI deployments are reliable in production — with proper evaluation, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop where it matters.
