Ahmed leads engineering across Digitecultra. He scaled the Pakistan office from a 3-person side project in 2019 into the agency’s largest production hub — now a 32-person team handling development, AI engineering, and motion graphics for clients across three continents.
He drives all the technical architecture choices the agency makes: stack selection, security model, AI deployments, internal tooling. Before Digitecultra, Ahmed led engineering at one of Pakistan’s largest fintech platforms.
He’s particularly focused on practical AI deployments — agents and automations that produce measurable business outcomes rather than impressive demos.
